[Golist] updates to GO3D - updates to demos

Colin's AS3 book has a very cool section on optimized screen updates. It
involves deferring all draw commands to a listener who checks if anything
has changed and if it's on a display list. I really wanted to see I could
speed up Go with the technique but alas, too much work.
