Adds a go_flextests project (Flex 3) and moves the  
com.mosesSupposes.go.tests files to a toplevel go_flashtest project to  
avoid conflicts with the flex project.

The "jg1" extension of this revision is a thanks to John Grden, who  
contributed a faster rounding formula, also spotted that LinearGo  
needed a safety for _currentEasing in case _easing was set null.

I have also updated the video tutorial sourcefiles at the GoPlayground  
repos.

Downloads are included for all of these changes.
